• 40 hours/week, Mon-Thu 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm, Tue-Wed-Fri 8am-5pm
• 18-25 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• EMR: OCHIN or EPI
• IUD and Nexplanon procedures required
• Rural FQHC experience required
• Must see all ages from pediatric to geriatric
