4x10s Inpatient & Outpatient Float Pharmacist needed in Montana - Retail Rx Welcome CPH# JOB-3214004

A respected healthcare facility in upper Montana is seeking a full time Staff Pharmacist to join its dynamic pharmacy team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities to include around 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient, LTC, ambulatory, and cancer center coverage--without rounding duties. You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, cost-effective medication use across multiple care settings.

The position follows a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule with rotating on-call and weekend coverage (every 3rd to 4th weekend). Candidates must have at least 2 years of pharmacist experience; hospital background is preferred but not required.

Competitive compensation package available to include time-and-a-half on-call pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, potential relocation assistance, and a full benefits package (health, dental, life, HSA/FLEX, 403b).
