• 6 shifts per month with 24-hour shifts
• 35 - 40 babies average census
• Level 3 NICU hospital setting
• Intubation, central lines, lumbar punctures, PAL placement required
• NRP certification required
• High-risk delivery attendance required
• Interdisciplinary rounding with shared patient care
