- 24-hour call coverage required
- Hospital setting with pediatric floor and nursery
- 5 pediatric patients per day, 6-8 nursery patients per day
- Level I and II nursery care including deliveries
- Procedures include intubations, lumbar punctures, chest tubes
- Ventilator management for acute and chronic cases
- Coverage needed down to 38-week gestation
- Circumcisions and high-risk deliveries included
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
