• 3 - 5 shifts per month with 12hr day/night and 24hr in-house shifts
• 25 bed Level III NICU with 12 - 15 patient average daily census
• Level III NICU facility
• Solo NNP coverage per shift with neonatologist support until 3 - 4pm
• Procedures: chest tubes, LPs, PICC/UAC/UVC lines, intubation
• Coverage for increased census and growing patient volume
• 400 deliveries per month with high-risk delivery calls
