**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Start date: March 2026 with potential February start
- End date: Ongoing
- Schedule: On-site day shift approximately 8am–4pm
- Evening call: 4pm–8am
- Weekend call: 24-hour call
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Admissions required: No
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- General interventional radiology coverage
- Daily procedural volume averages 10–15 cases
- Diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventions including angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and embolization
- Vascular access including PICCs, ports, central lines, and IVC filters
- TIPS, aspiration and drainage procedures, biopsies, abscess drainage, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
- Pain management procedures, myelography, blood patches, joint and epidural injections
- Advanced procedures including vertebroplasty, chest tube insertion, uterine artery embolization, Y90/TACE, gastrostomy tubes, nephrostomy and ureteral stents, renal fistulograms, and cryoablation
- Neuro stroke thrombectomy preferred but not required
- Call-back typically limited to emergency cases

**Requirements**
- Board certified interventional radiologist
- Active North Dakota license or IMLC eligibility
- Completion of residency and fellowship training
- ACLS and BLS required
- Demonstrated experience with all required IR procedures
- Completed procedure checklist required with submission
- NPDB self-query dated within 30 days required
- Availability at time of name clear required

**Compensation**
