• 12-hour shifts with mix of days and nights
• 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am schedule
• Independent contractor position
• Emergency Medicine or IM/FM physicians with EM experience
• Shift rate and metrics bonus equals $300 per hour
• Epic electronic medical record system
• APPs assist the EM physicians during shifts
