Job Description
Mercy Health is seeking a skilled, patient-focused Gynecology Physician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule, comprehensive institutional support, and resources to deliver outstanding care across our system. The physician will provide one week of call per month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality general gynecologic care, including surgical and non-surgical management of gynecologic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
- Ohio medical license, or ability to obtain one prior to start.
- Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Schedule and call:
- Full-time position with a reasonable patient workload.
- One week of call per month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.
