**Responsibilities:**
-Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care
-Exercise independent clinical judgment in the evaluation and treatment of patients
-Order and prescribe appropriate medical treatments, diagnostic testing, and ancillary services
-Prescribe medically appropriate medications
-Consult with and counsel patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans
-Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness guidance
-Refer patients to appropriate specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care
-Accurately document all medical and clinical care in the electronic medical record, including appropriate diagnosis and procedural coding
-Adhere to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism
