**Assignment Details**
- Start date ASAP
- Ongoing coverage 4–5 days per week
- Clinic hours 8a–4p with 6 patient contact hours
- On call required schedule TBD
- Coverage across two metro sites with limited outreach

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
- Daily clinic volume 10–30
- Average inpatient census 10–15
- Consults 40 minutes follow ups 20 minutes
- Services include chemotherapy management symptom management end of life care
- Telehealth available limited outreach ~6 days per month

**Requirements**
- Board certified or truly board eligible Hematology Oncology
- Fellowship trained Hematology Oncology
- Active IA license or IMLC with LOQ
- Experience required inpatient and outpatient
- Ability to cover multiple sites
- Clean malpractice and NPDB

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
