**Assignment Details**
- Start mid February 2026
- Monday through Friday 8a to 5p
- Outpatient clinic with inpatient consults and call
- Onsite physician required during all infusions

**Clinical Details**
- Medical hematology and oncology all tumor types
- Diagnosis staging precision medicine and treatment planning
- Outpatient chemotherapy immunotherapy and infusions
- Hospital consults working with ER and hospitalists
- Infusion services including transfusions hormone therapy antibiotics phlebotomy
- Clinic EMR iKnowMed infusion EMR Cerner
- Average 15 to 20 patients per day

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology
- Fellowship trained
- Active California license
- DEA required
- ACLS required if moderate sedation privileges requested
- NPDB self query within 30 days

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
