**Assignment Details**
- Dates March 13–15 2026
- Weekend call Friday through Sunday
- Two weekends per month ongoing
- Call ratio 1:4
- Hospital based call coverage

**Clinical Details**
- Approximately 90 percent labor and delivery
- 34 L&D postpartum and triage beds
- 205 bed hospital
- Level II nursery
- Average four nursery admissions per day
- Mix of low and high risk OB
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries
- VBACs and complicated deliveries
- Average five GYN surgeries per day
- LD nurses midwives and APP support
- Onsite lab and ultrasound
- Epic EMR

**Requirements**
- Board certified OB/GYN
- Active Ohio license or willing to obtain
- Active DEA
- BLS and ACLS
- Clean malpractice history
- NPDB self query within 30 days

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
