**Assignment Details**
- Start April 3 with initial coverage through April 13
- Additional dates available with potential ongoing needs
- 24-hour call shifts from 7a–7a
- Emergency call with callback expectations

**Clinical Details**
- Hospital-based orthopedic surgery and trauma coverage
- Hip nailing procedures required
- Treatment of fractures, dislocations, deformities, and tumors
- Total joint replacement, revision, and repair
- Hip, knee, and shoulder cases
- Spine surgery with and without instrumentation
- Arthroscopy
- Adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
- Epic EMR

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery
- Active Kentucky license or IMLC
- Active DEA
- General orthopedic surgical and non-surgical experience
- Hip and knee replacement, repair, and revision required
- Arthroscopy required
- Clean background and NPDB self-query required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
