• Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm (10hr shift)
• Focus on heart failure patients with aim of reducing readmissions
• Alternating weeks between clinic and hospital coverage
• STEMI patients and electrophysiology patients
• Extensive heart failure knowledge and experience required
• Knowledge in STEMI management required
• Electrophysiology experience required
• 6 months continuous assignment
