• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Wednesday 9 am - 6 pm
• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Outpatient clinic with established patient census
• Half day weekly at care clinic for patient visits
• Board certification required
• Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians welcome
• DEA license required
