We are seeking a part-time (3 days per week) licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing group practice serving skilled nursing facilities in Pensacola, Florida.

* Ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to focus on care without the administrative responsibility of private practice.
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 days per week
* Provide on-site patient care in skilled nursing facilities, primarily within short-term rehabilitation units
* Complete documentation remotely from home using a provided iPad or laptop, within 48 hours of patient visits
* Perform psychological assessments and provide therapy services
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to support comprehensive patient care
* Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation

**Compensation**

* Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $77,025 to $92,430 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

**Qualifications**

* PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology
* Active, unrestricted licensed clinical psychologist license
* Experience in healthcare, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred (not required)
