**Assignment Details**
- Start date ASAP once credentialed
- Ongoing with intent to transition to perm
- 4 to 5 clinic days per week
- Clinic hours 8a to 4p
- Patient contact hours 6 per day
- On call schedule TBD
- Outreach coverage up to 6 days per month
- Telehealth included

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient coverage at two sites
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Daily clinic volume 10 to 30 patients
- Average inpatient census 10 to 15
- Consults 40 minutes follow ups 20 minutes
- No procedures or OR days
- Chemotherapy management and infusion oversight
- End of life care and treatment planning
- Epic EMR
- Full imaging lab and pharmacy support

**Requirements**
- Board certified or truly board eligible
- Fellowship trained in hematology oncology
- Active IA license or IMLC with LOQ
- Experienced provider required
- Ability to cover both practice locations
- Clean malpractice and background

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
