• ED Beds: 15
• Hospital Bed: 103
• Coverage Model:
  • 24 hours/day physician coverage 
  • 10 hours/day Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) support 
• Modern EMR for streamlined charting 
• Excellent team-based care model with strong specialty support 

Benefits & Compensation

Highly Competitive Hourly Rates PLUS Incentives

• Day Shift: $196.50/hour 
  • (Base $186.50 + $10/hour incentive) 
• Night Shift: $216.50/hour 
  • (Base $206.50 + $10/hour incentive) 

Estimated Annual Earnings (Based on 1,440 Hours) 

• Days: ~$283,000+ 
• Nights: ~$312,000+ 
  • (Actual earnings may exceed these figures depending on shift mix, RVU productivity, and scheduling preferences.) 

RVU Upside 

• $7.40 per RVU 
• Target productivity equivalent: $262/hour
