• Patient Volume: 20,000

• Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 12 shifts per month | 10-hour mid-level coverage

• Number of Beds: 144 hospital beds

• Acuity: Medium

• EMR: Cerner

• Admissions/Transfers: 12% admission rate

Qualifications

• Licensure: Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certification: Board certified/Board eligible – ABEM, ABFM, ABIM

• Experience: Prior EM experience required

• Skills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility

• Badges: ATLS, BLS, PALS

About Missouri Delta Medical Center: Missouri Delta Medical Center is a 144 bed hospital bed facility providing a wide range of medical services from cardiology, labor and delivery, radiology, inpatient rehabilitation, and geriatric psychiatry. The hospital is equipped with the most advanced technology available for diagnostics and treatment, and were ranked #1 in the State of Missouri for Clinical Process and Care. There is also an Express Care, convenient walk-in clinic is located on the east side of the hospital just down from the emergency room entrance.
