Position Overview

• Patient Volume: 9K annual volume
• Specialties: Diagnostic laboratory and radiology services, including X-ray and CT, Ultrasound
• Coverage Model: 24 Hours Physician Coverage-12 hour shifts
• Number of Beds: 9 exam rooms, 1 trauma room
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Texas Medical License and DEA
• Board Certification: Board Certified ABEM, ABIM, ABFM
• Experience: 2 years ER experience for ABFM or ABIM
• Badges: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

About ER Wright Ranch: Emergency Room Wright Ranch, a Service of Doctors Hospital of Laredo, is a freestanding emergency department that provides much needed 24-hour emergency medical services to Southeast Laredo. Highly trained emergency doctors and nurses are available to treat life-threatening conditions such as stroke and heart attack, as well as critical emergencies including abdominal and back pain, cuts, sprains, broken bones and infections.

This town offers low cost of living, plenty of great options for schools K-12, and options for higher education including Laredo Community College and Texas A & M International University. Laredo is about 135 miles west of Corpus Christi and about 150 miles southwest of San Antonio.
