Carilion Family Medicine – Boones Mill is a community-oriented practice with a loyal, legacy patient panel and is known for the warm, welcoming relationships between providers and patients. The practice is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative team of two physicians and one nurse practitioner in a well-established, outpatient-only primary care setting. The clinic is supported by a strong referral network through Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital, a 37-bed facility, and Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, a 763-bed Level I Trauma Center, both conveniently located just 20 miles away. Physicians enjoy a balanced Monday–Friday schedule with light shared call coverage from home (1:3) and no weekend call, offering an excellent blend of professional fulfillment and quality of life.

The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.  Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary . In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.
