Carilion Family Medicine – Defiance is seeking a well-trained, ABMS- or AOA-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our established and growing practice. This small, home-like office offers beautiful views and a warm, family-oriented culture where providers and staff truly feel like family. Located in scenic Staunton, Virginia, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving patient panel while helping meet the expanding healthcare needs of the community. The practice features a quaint, collaborative, outpatient-only environment alongside two additional providers and offers the full scope of family medicine, excluding obstetrics and hospital work. Call coverage is shared on a 1:3 rotation and taken from home, with no weekend call responsibilities.
