Position Overview

• Coverage Model: 42 hours of physician coverage per day; 39 hours of NPPA coverage per day
• Number of Beds: 275 bed hospital; 39 ED beds
• Acuity: Level III Trauma Center
• EMR: EPIC
• Moonlighting: No
• ICP Site: No

Qualifications

• Education: EM, FM, or IM Residency
• Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Texas medical license.
• Board Certification: Must be board eligible/certified in EM, FM, or IM.
• Experience: EM Residents welcome to apply. FM or IM residency trained candidates must EM experience.
• Badges: ACLS and ATLS

Established in 1916 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, the facility is a regional destination for a wide range of medical care. The 129-acre wooded campus includes the main hospital, as well as a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital, outpatient rehabilitation center, outpatient imaging center, and a community health and fitness center.
