• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 20 - 35 patients per day depending on flu season
• Urgent care facility
• EMR: EPIC preferred
• Suturing and physicals/immunizations required
• 2 years urgent care or family practice experience required
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population
• Hospital privileges required
