Full-time, hospital-employed Laborist opportunity as part of a newly launched dedicated Laborist Program serving a rapidly growing community in central Ohio. This model supports a dual-structure obstetric program combining traditional and hospital-based care.

**Position Highlights**
-$400,000 base salary
-$75,000 sign-on bonus
-7–8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month
-Maximum of 3 consecutive shifts
-Not required to remain in-house but must respond within 30 minutes
-24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage
-Midwife coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
-Level II Special Care Nursery with pediatric support
-Maternal Fetal Medicine support from Columbus for high-risk cases
-State-of-the-art L&D suites with centralized and wireless fetal monitoring
-DaVinci robotic system available
-Dedicated physician lounge and sleeping quarters

**Clinical Responsibilities**
-Manage scheduled C-sections and urgent/emergent OB/GYN surgical cases
-Approximately 25% C-section rate
-Provide continuous OB coverage during shifts
-Perform limited gynecologic surgical procedures (5–10%)
-Conduct daily inpatient rounds

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
-Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
-Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
