**OB/GYN Opening in Ohio – Practice Setting – $400K Base + $75K Sign-On**
Located in Newark, OH – 30 minutes east of Columbus

Full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN opportunity designed for physicians seeking improved work-life balance within a revamped laborist-supported model. This hybrid structure allows a combination of office visits, surgery days, and minimal call while maintaining continuity of OB care if desired.

**Position Highlights**
-$400,000 base salary
-$75,000 sign-on bonus
-Outpatient clinic focus
-4.5-day work week (Monday–Friday)
-No nights
-No weekends
-No required hospital call
-Option for 2–3 call days per month if interested in maintaining deliveries
-Flexible hybrid structure including office patients and surgical days

**Clinical Responsibilities**
-Provide comprehensive gynecologic care including well-woman exams, contraception counseling, menopause management, and minor procedures
-Manage routine prenatal and postpartum care
-Perform in-office and surgical procedures
-Collaborate with nurse practitioners, sonographers, and medical assistants
-Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
-Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives as desired

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
-Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
-Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
-Outpatient experience preferred but not required

**Compensation & Benefits**
-$400,000 base salary
