Locums - Hematology/Oncology Physician opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa

Locums - A great facility is seeking a Hem/Onc Physician for inpatient coverage at 2 locations in the Des Moines IA area. 

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Fellowship in Hem/Onc required
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• 2 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule
• 4-5 days per week; 8 am-4 pm
• No procedure or OR 
• Inpatient setting
• Some Telehealth responsibilities in addition to inpatient responsibilities
• Must be willing to travel between 2 sites
• Must have 2 years of experience minimum
• Duties include patient assessments, establish new treatment plans, maintain ongoing treatment plans, referrals for ancillary services, end of life care, chemotherapy management, pain management, etc. 
• EMR: EPIC
• Active IA license or IMLC w/ LOQ, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and self-query NPDB from the last 30 days required
