Carilion Family Medicine – Waynesboro is seeking a well-trained, ABMS- or AOA-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our established and growing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving patient panel while helping meet the expanding healthcare needs of the community. Our practice has a true “big family” atmosphere, with a supportive and collegial team of providers who are easy to work with and bring a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives. The spacious clinic environment fosters collaboration and comfort for both patients and staff.

Located in beautiful Waynesboro, this practice offers a collaborative, outpatient-only setting alongside four physicians and three advanced care providers. Call coverage is shared on a 1:4 rotation, taken from home, with no weekend call responsibilities—supporting an exceptional work-life balance. Surrounded by the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains and nestled in the Shenandoah Valley, Waynesboro provides a charming community atmosphere with convenient access to regional amenities, making it an ideal place to live and practice medicine.
