**ENT Advanced Practice Provider Opening in Illinois**
Located in Sterling, IL – 2 hours west of Chicago
Full-time NP or PA opportunity with a well-established ENT service at a 99-bed independent community hospital with an employed provider model and strong regional presence. The organization employs approximately 77 physicians and 75 APPs across 35 specialties, with a main clinic and 14 satellite facilities serving the surrounding area.
**Position Highlights**
-ENT APP experience preferred
-Previous APP experience preferred
-Willing to train the right candidate
-Busy, established practice
-Current staff includes 1 MD
-Employed model within a multi-specialty system
-Strong administrative and clinical support
