**Assignment Details**
- Start date: March 22 (urgent)
- Ongoing full-time need
- 24-hour in-house call shifts
- Physicians may only work 2–3 consecutive shifts
- Inpatient setting only
- Facility: Genesis Medical Center Davenport Campus
- EMR: Cerner
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
- No APP supervision required

**Clinical Details**
- OB anesthesia services only
- Approximately 2,100 deliveries annually
- 25% C-section rate
- Inpatient OB Hospitalist program in place
- No CRNA coverage
- Full hospital support services including lab and imaging
- No telehealth

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Iowa license
- OB anesthesia experience required
- Must note OB specialization at time of name clear
- Must confirm ability to start March 22 (or provide soonest availability)
- Clean malpractice and background history
- NPDB self-query required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel & Lodging: Reimbursed
