Location: Coos Bay, OR – coastal community approximately 115 miles southwest of Eugene, part of Oregon’s South Coast region
Dates: Start Date: ASAP | End Date: Ongoing (Minimum 2 weeks per month required)
Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
Job Details
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Practice setting: Outpatient free-standing cancer center
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 8:30am–4:30pm
Admin day or half day available if needed
Call rotation: 1:4, includes one weekend per month
EMR system: Epic
Trauma level: III
Average outpatient volume: 10–15 patients per day
Practice mix: Approximately 80% oncology / 20% hematology
Providers in practice: 3 physicians, 2 APPs
Radiation oncology support onsite
Admissions required: No
Required Certifications
Board Certified
Requirements
Active state license required to bid: No (OR license preferred; willing to obtain accepted)
Board certification required: Yes (Hematology and Oncology)
IMLC accepted: No
