**Assignment Details**
- Start ASAP with ongoing coverage
- Minimum commitment of two weeks per month required
- Clinic schedule four to five days per week, 8:30a–4:30p
- Administrative day or half day available if needed
- Call coverage one in four rotation including one weekend
- Estimated credentialing timeframe six to eight weeks

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient practice in a freestanding cancer center
- Focus on solid tumor oncology with limited benign hematology
- Approximate case mix 80 percent oncology and 20 percent hematology
- Average clinic volume 10–15 patients per day
- Inpatient involvement only when patients are admitted for chemotherapy
- Radiation oncology services available onsite
- Two advanced practice providers supporting the service
- EMR system is Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
- Active Oregon license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
- CAQH profile required at time of offer
- DEA required at name clear
- Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation

**Compensation**
