**Assignment Details**
- 13 week locum to perm assignment
- Fully remote during locum period
- Hybrid model required upon permanent conversion
- Monday through Friday business hours
- No call no weekends
**Clinical Details**
- Utilization management and prior authorization oversight
- Peer to peer reviews and appeals support
- Clinical policy development and quality management
- Pharmacy benefit collaboration and oversight
- Fraud waste and abuse program clinical support
- Provider performance review and credentialing input
- Texas Medicaid focused population
- Managed care medical leadership responsibilities
**Requirements**
- Board Certified Family Medicine
- Active Texas medical license
- Managed care utilization management experience
- Prior authorization and peer to peer review experience
- Familiarity with Texas Medicaid regulations
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Not open to 1099 candidates
- Not open to visa candidates
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
