- Night shifts 7pm - 7am in early months, day shifts 7am - 7pm later
- 10 days per month initially, expanding to 14 days per month
- Coverage until permanent nocturnist found
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
