Locum Tenens Cardiology Nurse Practitioner — Inpatient/Outpatient (Coos Bay, OR) with Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Covered

Join a cardiology team in Coos Bay, OR, providing combined inpatient and outpatient care in a Locum Tenens role. This clinical-only position begins March 2, 2026, with a three-month assignment and the possibility of extension. Schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with weekly rotations between clinic and hospital; practice split is approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient.

Responsibilities and environment:

• Manage outpatient clinic volumes of ~15–18 patients/day and inpatient service volumes of ~8–15 patients/day
• Collaborate with four physicians and a multidisciplinary support team (MAs, triage RNs, device clinic staff)
• Access specialty backup from general and invasive cardiology and electrophysiology
• Practice within a 172-bed facility, Level III trauma center, using Epic EMR

Requirements:

• Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain
• Board certification
• DEA registration
• Minimum one year of cardiology experience as an NP
• Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days
