Charge RN — Medical-Surgical (Day Shift) Lancaster, NH

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Lancaster, NH. This full-time, day-shift role starts ASAP. Weekend schedule will be determined.

What you’ll bring

• ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited program required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management highly preferred.
• Leadership or specialty nursing certification (e.g., Nurse Executive, Clinical Nurse Leader) highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current, valid RN license in New Hampshire (verifiable via Nursys).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).

What the role involves
You’ll work in a medical-surgical/charge nursing capacity, providing clinical oversight, coordinating patient care, and supporting the unit’s nursing staff. Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills are essential.
