Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Texas Dental License
- Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain during orientation)
- All licenses, certifications, and credentials must remain active and in good standing throughout the contract term
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Completion of a fingerprint-based criminal background check
- Clearance of the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS)
- Clearance of the Employee Misconduct Registry and Nurse/Aide Registry
- Compliance with all facility immunization requirements
- Adherence to Agency attendance policies and applicable rules and regulations Availability to complete up to two (2) weeks of mandatory facility training, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment services
- Perform TIVA-related dental procedures as scheduled
- Deliver routine and non-routine dental care to residents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services rendered
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards
- Complete all required facility and Agency training
