Work Schedule:
- Examinations: 13 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- TIVA procedures: 2 full days per month, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Mandatory Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Texas Dental License
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain during orientation)
- Maintain all licenses, certifications, and credentials in good standing for the contract term
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Complete fingerprint-based criminal background check
- Clearance from Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS)
- Clearance from Employee Misconduct Registry and Nurse/Aide Registry
- Meet facility immunization requirements
- Adhere to Agency attendance policies and applicable rules/regulations
- Availability to complete up to two weeks of mandatory facility training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to residents
- Perform TIVA-related dental procedures as scheduled
- Deliver routine and non-routine dental care in accordance with standards of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services rendered
- Comply with facility policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and accreditation standards
- Complete required facility and Agency training
