Overview
Join a physician-led group to provide comprehensive adult primary care with a clinical emphasis on rheumatologic conditions (autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders). Practice includes outpatient clinics, inpatient consults and admissions, and participation in program growth and quality improvement initiatives.

Schedule & Call

• Monday–Friday, full-time schedule
• 1:4 hospital call rotation covering a single community hospital
• Inpatient rounding and consult coverage required

Clinical Scope & Patient Population

• Adult patient population
• Outpatient clinics with variable daily volume plus inpatient consults/admissions
• Diagnose and manage autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and advanced practice providers

Facility & Team

• Community hospital system with 458 beds and multispecialty backup
• Epic EMR
• Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborative practice environment and opportunities for program development

Qualifications & Compliance

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (candidates with additional rheumatology training/interest preferred)
• Eligible for Indiana medical license
• Active DEA registration required
• BLS and ACLS required
• EMR proficiency (Epic)
• Experience preferred; new graduates considered
