Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for Pennsylvania
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Monitor patient progress, provide ongoing assessments and interventions, and record changes and education.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility policies and supervise patient conduct.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
