Schedule: Night shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Sat) | Compensation: Local: $755 / 16-hour shift

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on a 13-week contract in Philadelphia. This role emphasizes clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license for the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and provide continuous patient assessment and interventions
• Safely administer medications and obtain specimens for diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members during treatment and procedures
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring patient behavior, maintaining order, and supervising conduct
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
