Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for laboratory testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare, maintain and document accurate patient records, assessments, interventions and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, supervise patient conduct and enforce facility policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
