• Grand Island, NE (own office required)
• North Platte, NE (own office not required)
• Must live within 50 miles of assigned location

Setting & Coverage

• Outpatient, supplemental clinical coverage (ASAP – ongoing)
• PRN (as-needed); half day (≤4 hrs), full day (4–8 hrs); weekends optional
• Compensation & Pension Exams, Separation Health Assessments
• Clinical only — no prescribing, no treatment
• Malpractice insurance provided

Primary Duties

• Conduct compensation/separation exams: interview-focused medical history and record review
• Perform limited physical assessments as required (range of motion, muscle strength, METs testing)
• Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions as part of exams
• Complete documentation and required reports (NPDB)

Required Qualifications

• Active Nebraska NP license
• AANP certification
• DMA certification or willingness to obtain
• Proficient in METs testing and evaluation of respiratory/cardiovascular conditions
• Own personal laptop (PC only; no Macs/Apple)
• NPDB report available
