Provide PRN clinical outpatient coverage for Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments in Malta, MT (may include assignments in nearby Havre or Harlem). Coverage is supplemental, beginning ASAP and ongoing. Shifts vary: half day (≤4 hrs), full day (4–8 hrs), and occasional weekends (optional).

Primary responsibilities

Conduct interview-focused examinations with limited physical assessment (range of motion, muscle strength, basic METs testing).
Evaluate and document respiratory and cardiovascular findings; make diagnoses within scope.
No prescribing or treatment responsibilities.
Maintain exam-focused documentation and comply with program protocols.

Requirements

Active Montana NP license.
AANP certification.
DMA certification or willingness to obtain.
Provider must have own office and personal laptop (Windows only; no Apple/Mac).
Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory/cardiovascular conditions.
Reside within 50 miles of assigned location.
NPDB report required.
