Paducah, KY General Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient PRN — C&P & Separation Exams)

Join a supplemental outpatient team in Paducah, KY, providing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments on a PRN basis. Coverage is ASAP and ongoing; shifts vary from half-days (≤4 hours) to full days (4–8 hours). Weekend availability is optional. Typical local commitment is two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interview-based exams with limited physical assessment (range of motion, muscle strength, basic METs testing).
• Evaluate and document respiratory and cardiovascular findings; diagnose as needed for exam purposes.
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities.
• Maintain clinical documentation and submit required reports.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky NP license
• AANP certification
• DMA certification or willingness to obtain
• Current NPDB report
• Must provide own office and personal laptop (no Apple/Mac)
• Proficient in METs testing and assessing respiratory/cardiovascular conditions
• Reside within 50 miles of Paducah
