PRN General Medicine Nurse Practitioner — Outpatient C&P Exams, Kokomo (Malpractice Covered)

Location: Kokomo, IN (must reside within 50 miles)
Service setting: Outpatient (supplemental clinical coverage)
Coverage period: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: PRN (as-needed); shifts may be half day (≤4 hrs) or full day (4–8 hrs). Weekends optional. Typical commitment: ~2 days/week in Kokomo.
Shift duties: Compensation & Pension exams, Separation Health Assessments. Primarily interview-based exams with limited physical assessment (range of motion, muscle strength testing). No prescribing or treatment.

Requirements:

• Active Indiana NP license
• AANP certification
• DMA certification or willing to obtain
• Own private office space and personal laptop (no Macs/Apple)
• Proficient in METs testing and in evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• NPDB report
• Must be located within 50 miles of Kokomo
