Outpatient General Medicine Nurse Practitioner (PRN) — Woodhull, IL

Provide supplemental outpatient coverage in Woodhull, IL, performing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments on a PRN basis. Assignments begin ASAP and continue as needed; shifts can be half-day (≤4 hours), full-day (4–8 hours), and weekends are optional. Typical commitment: one day per week in Woodhull. Malpractice insurance is provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct structured, interview-focused clinical exams with selective physical assessments (range of motion, muscle strength testing).
• Evaluate and document respiratory and cardiovascular findings using METs testing.
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois NP license.
• AANP certification.
• DMA-certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Proficient in METs testing and in evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Own personal laptop (no Macs/Apple devices).
• Must live within 50 miles of Woodhull.
• NPDB report required.
