Join a fast-paced emergency team in Hilo, HI — a contract/travel opportunity starting ASAP. You’ll work day shifts and can expect to earn $2,144 for a 40-hour week while bringing strong clinical judgment and compassionate care to patients when they need it most.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• ER experience or a solid acute care background is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and clear communication.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Triage and assess patients as they arrive and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Continuously monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Provide patient and family education about treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
• Contribute to ER safety and quality improvement initiatives.
