Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room | Great Falls, MT | Full-Time

Join our emergency team in Great Falls, MT — full-time, start ASAP. You’ll be working in a fast-paced ER environment where your clinical judgment, clear communication, and compassionate care make a real difference.

What you’ll do

• Rapidly triage and assess patients as they arrive.
• Provide medications, treatments, and emergency interventions when needed.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly notify physicians and team members of any changes.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Help drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives in the department.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• ER experience is ideal; strong acute care background is a plus.
• Solid clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred.
