• Crescent City: 2 days/week
• Eureka: 1 day/week
• Ft Irwin: 1 day/week
• Sonora: 1 day/week
• Atascadero: half day/week

Key duties:

• Conduct primarily interview-based exams with limited physical assessment (range of motion, muscle strength, METs testing)
• Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities

Compensation: Malpractice insurance provided

Requirements:

• Active California NP license
• ANNP credential
• Must be within 50 miles of assigned location(s)
• Own office space
• Own personal laptop (Windows; Apple/Mac not accepted)
• DMA certification or willingness to obtain
• Proficient in METs testing and relevant respiratory/cardiovascular evaluation
• NPDB report required
